3 Account Eligibility

4 Account Registration

The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any bonus funds, winings, or balance associated with a duplicate account are subject to forfeiture without compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You undertake to keep this information current and accurate at all times.

5 Terms of Use

6 Deposits & Payments
palu88 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). 7 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your palu88 account are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods that belong to the registered account holder. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

8 Bonus & Promotions

9 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports betting, live betting, and casino wagering conducted on the palu88 platform:
- A bet is considered final once confirmed on the Platform. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not permitted except where palu88 determines that an obvious pricing error occurred.

- Mix Parlay bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be realised. Standard push/void rules apply to individual legs within a parlay.
10 Responsible Gambling

11 Prohibited Conduct

12 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by palu88's gross negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
14 Termination
palu88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms or our ancillary policies.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of receiving a request.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Abusive conduct directed at palu88 staff or other platform users.
- Account inactivity exceding twenty-four (24) consecutive calendar months.
Upon termination for cause, palu88 reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with accounts closed due to fraud, Terms violations, or prohibited conduct. Accounts closed at the Member's own request, absent any outstanding investigation, shall have their verified real-money balance returned to the Member via the most recent verified payment method within a reasonable period.

15 Governing Law
